I hope everyone's leather has had a chance to dry out. You really know who your friends are when they STILL come out in the pouring rain. One soggy afternoon, and 51 bikes still showed up to Ride For Doug. In spite of the rain, there were smiles all around as we splashed our way through Langley, Abbotsford, and Mission.
When the "dust" all settled, this year's ride for Doug was yet another resounding success. Thank you all - Riders, Volunteers, Sponsors, Friends, Family, and everyone else who participated in their own way.
Once again, your financial generousity raised $10,000 for the fight against Muscular Dystrophy. That's two years in a row we've managed to break the $10,000 mark!
I'm still waiting for the photos to come in, but in the meantime, here's one of the 2010 RFD Riders heading out.
